This is an excellent opportunity for a budding chef to join our team at The Castle Inn in Hornby, working with an exciting menu and cooking fresh locally-sourced food, where you develop your skills and career in the process.

We’re looking for kitchen assistants of all levels for The Castle Inn, Hornby.

Manager

Salary – £30,000 p/a

This is an excellent opportunity to join our team at The Castle Inn in Hornby, working with like-minded professionals, serving locally-sourced food and drink, where you develop your skills and career in the process.

We are looking for someone to take on and run all aspects of the Castle Inn – in the beautiful village of Hornby, Lancashire. 

Who we’re looking for:

  • An enthusiastic and professional individual with a real passion for food, and having fun through hospitality and customer service.
  • A proven track record in the hospitality industry in food, events, hotels or restaurant management.
  • Someone who’s a proper team player, and who has the ability to manage and support wherever and whenever it’s needed.
  • A track record working to and managing budgets, and experience in collecting, interpreting, and reporting results to Managers/Directors.
  • Experience in health & safety, first aid or food safety. Or a qualification in hospitality management or business.
